Shipping Information
At Float Lifestyle, we want to ensure your order arrives safely and smoothly. Here's a little information about our shipping process:
Processing Time:
Please allow 7-10 working days for us to carefully prepare your order before it's ready to ship. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Rest assured that we're giving your order the attention it deserves, and you'll receive your tracking information as soon as it's ready. If you have an urgent request, please contact us at robyn@floatlifestyle.com before placing your order, so we can explore how best to assist you.
Shipping Method:
We partner with reliable couriers to provide secure door-to-door delivery. We will select the best available option to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently. While we understand that shipping costs can sometimes be a consideration, we prioritize dependability.
If you'd prefer to explore alternative shipping options, you're welcome to arrange for collection from our studio or have someone collect on your behalf. Please email us at robyn@floatlifestyle.com to discuss collection arrangements.
Delivery Address:
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide an address where someone will be available to receive your package. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the courier will return the package to us. In this instance, a second shipping fee will be required to resend your order. If you choose not to have your order reshipped, we will issue a refund, but please note that the original shipping and credit card fees will be deducted from the total amount.
Late Delivery:
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, partnering with reputable couriers. While we aim for delivery within 5 working days of processing, unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, we'll gladly refund the cost of the goods, but please understand that we won't be able to refund the shipping costs.
Important Shipping Dates:
Please note that we don't process orders, and our couriers don't deliver, on the following:
- Public Holidays
- Weekends
- 18th December - 6th January
