Robyn | Owner & Creative Director

Robyn’s the brains that kicked off Float Lifestyle, blending arty vibes with a “let’s make it happen” attitude. Armed with a BA in Applied Design from Stellenbosch Academy of Design and Photography, she honed her eye for the good stuff before jumping into Cape Town’s corporate event scene—think less “stuffy boardroom” and more “stylish shindig.”

Then did six years on super yachts, sailing the globe, where she picked up a knack for service so sharp it could cut glass. That mix of creative juice and get-it-done grit? It’s the secret sauce behind Float Lifestyle. Robyn’s all about turning your “nice idea” into a “whoa, that’s next-level” moment—and she’s got the passport stamps to prove she can handle the ride.

Callan | Liaison & Administration

Callan’s our Client Liaison and Administrative Support—the one who keeps Float Lifestyle ticking and our clients smiling. She’s got a BA in Humanities (Psychology and Criminology) from the University of Pretoria, giving her the brainpower to juggle our crew and you like a pro. Support? She’s on it with a “yep, sorted” attitude. Kindness? Baked in. Dedication? Non-negotiable.

Off-duty, she’s all about Pilates—bending, stretching, and studying it part-time because why not add “balance guru” to her resume? Callan’s the type who’d analyze your mind, crack a case, and still nail a plank pose while making your day brighter. Float’s better with her around, no question.

Erin | Designer

Erin is a designer passionate about animation, illustration and branding. She’s a graduate of Stellenbosch University with a degree in Visual Communication Design. She specializes in creating engaging, character-driven visuals that enhance brand narratives and audience engagement.

Curious and always eager to grow, Erin continuously expands her skills through online courses, reading, and exploring new creative techniques.

Donovan | Project Manager & Sales

Say hi to Don, our Project Manager and Sales lead who’s got more spark than a live wire. This guy’s a people-whisperer—building client vibes so solid you’d think he’s known them forever. He rolls into Float Lifestyle with a grab-bag of experience, including a stint in electronic recycling (yep, he’s that guy who can sell you a gadget and save the planet). Adaptable? Driven? When he’s not steering projects or charming the room, he’s out kiteboarding—chasing wind like he chases a good deal. Donovan’s the one who keeps our wheels spinning and our clients grinning, all with a “let’s do this” energy that’s pure Float.
